Starbucks

Honestly the best Starbucks I can think off.nPeople need to cut the Baristas some slack, they are always under pressure and still always so nice about it even though they are in a rush. Especially with mobile orders.nSo guys of you go to this place please understand that they are doing their jobs and their very best. Under pressure and they are always rushed but still have a wonderful smiles on their faces. ❤ufe0f

I’ll would give them a zero but I can’t so they get a star for the drinks tasting good. Although speed and quality of service is terrible I’ve been going here for a good year and some months now but today was my last day due to my experience. I ordered three refreshers online and paid extra for dragon and strawberry bits but when I got there they started handing me my drinks and I noticed there was no fruit added. I asked if they had forgotten to add it and so the woman at the window went to check and see why. I noticed a guy by the name Jacob was in a sour mood with other employees and expressing terrible service to customers. The lady finally returned saying that they were out of fruit I told her but I paid extra for it and she basically shrugged her shoulders like ol well. First off that’s bad customer service no apology or I’m sorry were out of that didn’t even offer a alternative so basically she didn’t care. I told her to try and let me know before hand then that Jacob guy came to the window and said in a loud and rude voice that the fruit is just for looks and if you want your money here and started digging in the tips I said if you wanna pay me back that way sure. He then made a remark and slammed down the tip jar saying rude remarks under his breathe I asked for the manager immediately due to his rude behavior. She refunded the prices of the extras and I let them know I’d be calling corporate on them due to Jacobs behavior he then continued with me by shouting that it would be fine cause he’ll be answering the phone acting rude and very unprofessional. I’ll be changing coffee spots from now on. I would honestly advise any one who doesn’t like extra slow lines that lead out and into traffic or rude employees to go to another star bucks or coffee shop.

I go there every day and am now changing my coffee spot. After repeating my simple order to the lady 4 times and waiting for 20 minutes she got it wrong. I didn’t realize till I got back to work. I called and asked for it to be delivered since they offer delivery and they said no but when I come in to get it remade they will make it first. I sent my employee to get it remade since I already spent 30 minutes getting it. When he got there and told him he waited and additional 20 minutes which at port I called up and they told me sorry but they had to make everyone else’s drinks first. I explained that they had messed mine up and she said sorry she can’t skip the line. I asked her why they lied to me when I called earlier then? And that we were on a time crunch. Miraculously they started making my drink at that point. Terrible customer service.

I love this Starbucks. We have been visiting it since 2012. Whenever we come back to town this is the Starbucks we come to. The service is always friendly and timely even when they are busy.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks, the employees are always ready and have a positive attitude. It was my sons birthday and the barista wished him a happy birthday and told him to have a great day. Thank you for helping him have a good day.
