This particular store is probably the worst managed store in the area. The main thing I buy is Mt.Dew fountain drink which is a signature item the store promotes. They are always out of lids, cups or Mt.Dew. Hell, sometimes the whole fountain drink system is out of order. Just recently it was out of service for nearly 3 weeks. Ive bought ice cream sandwiches and they are soft. The Icehouse Edge 42oz bottles are always out of stock around 4-5pm. Hopefully they can get somebody in there that cares and cleans up the store.

So from what I know Circle K is supposed to be a 24-hour facility. I work overnight. Every single time I try to come to the Circle K at 2 they always tell me that they don't open until 4 or 5. Even though there will be someone there then Tire time. I don't know if they're going through their drawer or maybe they're having a break but it seems every single time that I need something from the store at night they can never assist me.

I am not even sure I am able to properly articulate what a horrible place this is. To start, the loitering in the parking lot is extremely annoying and dangerous for any customer that may not be able to handle themselves well in threatening situations. Very obvious drug dealing in the parking lot, pan handling etc. I have walked in there several times and witnessed employees literally making out with obvious non employees, had to wait for their love connection to be over with before being waited on. As if it isn't bad enough that the store unfortunately happens to be in a neighborhood that is continuously going down hill....the worst is the ghetto mentality of the employees. I.E. eye rolling, verbal attitudes and overall extremely unprofessional behavior. Last night was the final straw for me. One of the employees went so far as to tell me she'd see me on the streets and show me what a real attitude is. That's a threat in my eyes. As convenient as it is to go here, I will never again and would rather drive a couple extra miles for safety&less attitude. Whoever owns this store needs to start reviewing tapes more often and get a whole new staff.

The employees here are always so nice, I won't go to another gas station around unless I absolutely have to.

The cashier that served me today 7/20/18 3:20pm.....had real attitude problem...because she had to count out some change(off week for...payday every 2 weeks)....I go in there daily in the mornings....never had a problem with any of the other cashiers(hold friendly conversations and everything)...but this cashier talking about she do be counting change....and wanna make it known to other customers that i had given her change...very disrespectful.....i will talk to a manager asap.....
