I love my Customer Service Agents at Fidelity Bank (Village Drive, Fayetteville, NC. Kim was my agent and working with her has made my banking financial matters smooth and a very good experience. She went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information required to make the right right decisions in by banking matters. All other agents are very friendly, upbeat and professional as Kim. I would have to give my experience with Kim and associates a five star.

Wonderful customer service! My husband and I have lived in a lot of cities and have rarely had such consistently excellent customer service. Informative, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. Everyone there is terrific, with a special shout out to Jessica and Andrea.

Fidelity Bank is definitely the BEST bank in town! I have done business with many banks in this town over the years but none can measure up to the superb excellence that this bank has demonstrated. From the front to upper management, they all go the extra mile to make the customer feel special. I have 2 businesses in this town and when this pandemic hit and we could apply for the CARES ACT Jim and Kim were quick to expedite my applications and the the funds were deposited into my account within days. I have other colleagues that are dealing with “other” banks and they have yet to be funded! To the awesome team at Fidelity in Fayetteville, thanks for being the best bank in town.
