I walked in to the circle k to get some juul pods and my friend who is African American waited in the car but was parked right in front of the store he was visible to the cashier. When I asked for the juul pods she refused to scan my ID and refused me service. My friend walked in and she also refused him service we went to a different circle k and we’re able to purchase them easy. I know she was discriminating against me and my friend because she assumed we were an interracial couple. It’s wrong and so messed up!!
I went in the store the other morning on my way to work with a MK purse. As I was standing in the Cady isle the girl at the register asked me is that all I was getting because you not allowed to carry your book bag around in the store. I turned and said to her this is not a book bag it's a purse and she said well from here it looks like a book bag and that's our policy. I turned and put the candy back down and walked out. If that is your policy then it is supposed to be displayed in clear site. I will no longer shop or buy gas from Kangaroo....
Anybody goes in there better watch their back because they will accused of stealing when they don't pay attention to the cameras the right way
