Ice machine dirty with mold on ice.
Horrible customer service . When a customer walks in you acknowledge them. Tell them you will be right with them. Training someone to check in a truck. That's fine but let them try while you wall away and help a customer. Oh yea and put your phone down while your on register ringing people up. It's rude.
Usually friendly and nice, but managers! Make sure your clerks are NOT on their personal cell phone when on the floor and dealing with customers! Is rude and should not be tolerated! I put my pnone away when I engage them, so I expect the same respect back!
They were very nice to me and assisted me with all my needs.
