Good service fast and respectful!! Never had a problem with first flight at all
I have not had a good experience with First Flight CU as others have encountered. I have been trying to receive service for my mother who is 89 to make sure her accounts are in order because we live out of state and have gotten the run around. No calls back-no paperwork sent as promised. Unbelievable!
First Flight has always been great to bank with, however nothing can compare to the absolutely outstanding service we have received from Catherine Jones. In the process of purchasing a new home she has gone above and beyond to not only ensure our finances are where they need to be, but she also has picked up the slack from other agencies that I have had to deal with. She has made this process effortless on our part by doing everything with diligence and in a timely manner. I have been so anxious going through the process of selling and buying a new home, but Catherine is always there to answer my questions and put my mind at ease. I can not recommend her enough!

I went in the branch to open an account and Ms. Banks was so friendly and answered all the questions I had while waiting to be seen. I noticed when I made my way to the counter to make a deposit the teller needed assistance and Ms. Banks was very helpful and offered the young lady assistance with a SMILE! Customer service was the best I've seen in a long time! Her smile is and pleasant personality is such a blessing!n***Shunreka Horton was amazing as well! She helped me with online banking opening a secondary account and explained everything so well!*** These young ladies are JEWELS!
