I needed to get tested in order to return to work and this location was such a breeze. I made an appointment online about two hours before and was in and out quickly. I would recommend going about 20 minutes early to the appointment since there is a slight wait (it’s to be expected with the amount of testing and people picking prescriptions up). The pharmacist/ Tech Elizabeth was so helpful and walked me through everything in detail. It was completely sanitary. Hoping to get my results back in a day or so! If you’re needing to get tested I would highly recommend using CVS!

COVID Testn- the one star is for the $125 Covid testing bill received 2 months after testing. The CVS site says “patients should not have any out-of-pocket costs, but you should check with your health plan to confirm before scheduling a test.” I failed to check. My fault...The bill says (which comes from HELIX), says “...we are not contracted with your insurance carrier”. I could not find information on the CVS site that mentions they work with Helix. I have BCBS of NC insurance....

The store is fine and the actual pharmacist is helpful, but Susan that works behind the pharmacy counter needs to be trained in helpful customer service skills. She was very rude to my mom, who was picking up our prescriptions after my son’s surgery. She has been rude to me in the past too. I would avoid her if they don’t retrain her. She seems to be one of those people who saying no. (The pharmacist did make sure that we got our prescriptions.)

50 minute drive through wait for COVID19 test, line of only 3 cars. Compare to Greenville location 10+ cars in less than 20 minutes. Inefficient location.

Had 3 prescriptions and was there on Monday. The lady read them all to me. Get a text saying 2 are ready. Try to call and waited on hold twice for 15 minutes at a time. Never did get to speak to anyone. So now I have to drive there just to have to wait, or make another trip back. Ridiculous!!!!!!
