Excellent for it's size, awesome personnel.
Nice people and good airport
I love this airport and all the people at the FBO. Fast, friendly service and the maintenance available on the field is outstanding. I recommend the flight instruction too. Check this place out, you will like it.
Flew in for a day trip to visit Atlantic Beach on Memorial Day weekend and have lunch on the water. Was planning on getting an Uber, but the FBO was nice enough to let us use a crew car and extended the usage time so we didn't need to feel rushed getting back. I only needed a bit over 12 gallons of AVGAS, but they still waived the ramp fee. Even if I had paid the ramp fee and used the crew car, it still would have been cheaper than an Uber ride both directions. Crew cars were nice new Jeeps with 4 doors, Navigation, and Sirius/XM radio. Oh and free popcorn for those so inclined to want some.nMy family and I will definitely be back for another visit!
I had both an Avionics and corrosion problem that need to be addressed. The corrosion problem was around the battery vent. They repaired problem and the paint job was exceptional. My radio problem was annoying and a previous shop could not repair the problem. MIke had it solved very quickly and now I can use my KX155. I will be back!!
