Before going To my first class, I had email communication with one of the coaches. They were able to answer my questions and had a quick response time. When I showed up for my first class the coach greeted me, and was able to explain the workout and demonstrate the movements. The movements were modified as needed so I still got a good workout even if I couldn’t follow the workout as prescribed. Everyone there was friendly. There was no pressure to join. So far, I give them 5 stars!

Great group of people. Very welcoming members and great coaches who work to bring the crossfit principles to all ability levels. Highly recommend stopping by.
