Starbucks

I must have been mistaken, but I was under the impression that Starbucks is almost synonymous with coffee, so if you take the time and have the money to go to a Starbucks, you should be able to buy a cup of coffee. Yesterday I visited to simply get a cup of Dark Roast coffee, however I was told by the employees that since they were closing in 10 minutes, they had NO COFFEE. As someone who spent 25 years as a chef in food service, the first and most important lesson I taught to every employee was that the same standard of service MUST be given to every customer, whether they are the first of the day or the last! This is asinine behavior for any establishment to refuse service because a "barrista" would be inconvenienced and have to re-clean the items needed to make one cup of pour-over coffee. Never again will I go to Starbucks with so many other options available in the downtown area!!

Ordered a Carmel Frappuccino at my lunch break, when I took a drink I realized they didn't blend it with ice, very disappointed..

The staff was very unprofessional. Numerous times I requested Almond milk and they said they were out. They have been out for the last month. Does this location not get frequent deliveries? Less than expected service.

They don’t honor the gold member free refills for regular coffee and don’t tell you. They just charge you .90 without telling you. Not cool. Inform people.

Terrible! Messed up my simple latte drinks two days in a row. The second time they put half the amount of espresso in the drink that they were supposed to. Long line so I didn’t stick around to have them fix it again. They did to be trained from the ground up.
