Words cannot describe how I feel right now.nI have gone to this pharmacy for other family members only. I am trying to get them to change to another pharmacy because of the looooooong wait. Almost every time I end up going home then going back several hours later, an inconvenience. If they are understaffed they should complain to corporate to employ more people. My time is valuable too. It seems like they could get (3) pills in a bottle quicker than 2+ hours which is how long it was today. I'm done with CVS.

I had a really pleasant experience today at the pharmacy of the hildebran cvs. A young lady named Briana went out of her way to help me. She was very polite and helped me save money. I'm leaving this review because she deserves recognition for being a good person. Thank you Briana. On the other hand... there's a older lady with white hair that works in the pharmacy, I think her name is Beth (maybe) and if she ever helps me she's nice until she sees what my prescription is and then she completely changes and is all judgy, like I'm a garbage person for needing to take that medication.

I never liked CVS in Hildebran it takes 2+ hours to get you medication, the prices are outrageously higher than other stores, most of them are rude, I switch and went to Walgreens in Rutherford College but since they closed they switched me back well I'm switching back to Walgreens have to drive alittle further to Mtn. VIEW BUT WELL WORTH IT

Went for a scheduled Covid test - they didn't prepare any of the documents / kits beforehand so each car had to wait +10 minutes at the window. Waited in line for 40 minutes and there were +6 cars lined up due to this inefficiency. It's hard to understand why they even want people to register when they don't make any preparations.
