Great new Pier. It was a crazy windy day hard to even walk out on it. Couple people trying to fish. I fished on it last June w/my son. We had a great time even if we didn't get to keep any of the fish. (Too small) Can't wait to go fishing again.

I usually don't give in to pier pressure but I just had to visit this one. Great place to fish or just to take a walk and see the beauty of the ocean.

Been fishing this pier from 9yrs old to @ 16 yrs old, met some really great people, prior owner's have all been there for the kids through adulthood, I have to say that it's a great place to fish, close to the mighty cape fear, newly remodeled due to age and recent storms, very nice pier. Haven't been to the restaurant side since the reopening, maybe Sunday brunch, anyways it is a nice place to be.

Love visiting this area of the beach during December. This is one of those rare places where you can watch the sun set over the ocean along the East coast.
