Buying a piece of land now and I called and was told I would receive a call back before end of day to get info. Well at the end of day I gave a call back since I hadn’t heard from them. Front staff was very rude and acted like I was a bothering them. She said i would get a call back this morning...Still haven’t heard back for them to even take my info. I called someone else and the front desk immediately took the info needed to write up a offer contract. We used Hutchens for our mortgage and they were find when the realtor was the one handling things but they were very very rude to me when I called. Will not use them again.

Used this company as suggested by our realtor company. Wish I could give 1 star. Bought my first house and day of closing we were told we would be able to get keys by 2:30pm. That time came and went. Called the mortgage company who said they hadn’t received any paperwork concerning our closing from the attorney office. After finding out the county deed office closes at 4:30pm. We called several times to the attorney only for them to blame the mortgage company. Days prior to closing our closing date was pushed back because the mortgage company didn’t have the title from the lawyer. The front staff is rude. And the lawyers lied to us about appropriate timing as to when we could get our keys. Anyways. We didn’t get our keys until 4:22pm. Would never suggest them or use them again!

These folks are wonderful to work with. I have used them for my original mortgage closing and also a refinance closing. Their team is always very organized and professional. Behind the scenes Sharon and Shaunte made this a seamless process for me and saved me a lot of time. Wendy is the best real estate attorney I have ever worked with.nnGive them a try and you will not be disappointed. They are super efficient and their fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all of your real estate closing needs.

My husband and I live in California, and was lucky to have Hutchinson Law Firm handle all our paperwork for the home we purchased in Supply. Sharon Lee was on top of everything, and helped us persevere in the obstacles we went through to obtain our new home. We were so lucky to have someone that was dedicated to getting the ball moving, and keeping us informed constantly. We will surely use there services again and recommend everyone do the same.
