I've used Johnson and Moore at least 6 times over the past 18 years for both personal and professional property closings. The are professional, competitent, and reliable. A smooth process that is fully explained every time.

Had two property closings with them and both went fairly smoothly, don’t know what happened since but I had some other work done which now needs to be finalized and am not getting any response. I have called three times over the past three months, each time being promised a call back and nothing, no return communication whatsoever. Very frustrating.

I have bought ten homes and this is the worst experience I have have ever seen. Totally unresponsive and non communicative throughout entire process. And to boot did not file deed on time so created additional anxiety and more paperwork! Do not use them!
