Great workout facility anchored by Christy G. I am a local physician and she is the personal trainer I trust to send my patients to.
Christy has done an amazing job improving my balance ( neuropathy problem ) and strength. She makes exercise fun. I work with Leslie on Saturdays too; she is very knowledgeable also.
Great training studio, Christy and her staff are so flexible and will work with all levels of your fitness needs.
