I’ve never been so upset with anyone as I was with David the Pharmacist! The rudest person I’ve ever talk to in my life. No wonder they have a 1.9 star.... CVS get someone nice because I don’t think he has or knows what that word means! BEWARE!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I have never left a review in my life for a business because I know the weight a review has. But this was outrageous. I went to get a flu shot here when they were not busy at all. The women who was at the desk looked at me and my wife with a hateful look and said did you register online first for flu shot. I said, no, and she said well then you need to and walked away to go do other stuff. I tried to get her attention by asking “should we come back”, and she just ignored me. This place is a joke and has low reviews for a reason. Avoid at all cost if you can.

Scheduled a COVID test this morning and received a solicitation text about sponsoring a hand sanitizing kiosk at the CVS...absurd. They are selling your data when you schedule appointments!

The pharmacy is poorly staffed. When you ask a pharmacy technician why your prescription isn't ready, they tell you a story instead of just telling you they didn't fill it. There are to very helpful people there, Kim, a pharmacy tech and Porschea, the pharmacist. These two women are the only reason I continue to keep my prescriptions at CVS.

Horrible is the best word for this store, my husband goes there every month for his refills and every month they keep sending him a notice they have refilled the same ones over and over and he has asked them to fix it but it still happens, we went into see about a flu shot today worst experience at this store bay far the girl at the counter was unhelpful , unfriendly and could use some more training I understand the hour wait with everything going on but she was so confusing and irritated, she kept asking for my husbands medicare card he told her twice he didn't have one and tried to give her our health care card , he is not on Medicare , she told him no she needed the red white and blue card so confused and over her poor customer service we left and went up the road and got our shots in a timely fashion with out the attitude, our insurance is the only reason we still go there hope to change that soon
