This location needs more help in the evenings. It would greatly benefit the entire store. Not sure if hours given to employees through payroll is an issue or just lack of people wanting to work. The managers are trying their best with the lack of help. Four total workers is not enough when the drive thru is wrapped around the building and the lobby is full.

Start the day with man meal. 2 for $4 Chicken Biscuits. Giant Chunks of Crispy, Delicious, Golden Fried Perfection.

Another night another messed up order. Changing to1 star. Ordered a latte and got nothing but steamed milk...okay,, no problem the machine ran out of coffee. Its an easy fix. I was quite far away when I realized the mistake. So I finished my errand and came back to exchange the drink. Explained at the drive-thru what happened and was told I had to call the store. I asked if I had to call and then wait in line again to get it and was told to do whatever i wanted to do. I called and the manager corrected the problem that the employee could have corrected very quickly without an attitude. Its rare that i go back when they make mistakes but after paying for so much food that I'm not getting i have decided to start.. I'm changing this from 4 stars to 2. 4 trips in z row my order has been wrong. Twice we ordered the 2 cheeseburger combo and only received 1 cheeseburger. Once we were missing a chicken biscuit. And we have been missing fries on more than 1 order. Everyone makes a mistake here and there but 4 times in a row is unacceptable.

Order was wrong. Girl at window was somewhat rude when asked for salt. I get my drink without ice and only received a cup 2/3 full.

biggie. Only and its wrong two out of five days every week. REAL SIMPLE ORDER SAUSAGE AND CHEESE MCMUFFIN NO EGG MEDIUM COKE I GET BISCUTS WHICH I HATE TWICE A WEEK. BEEN GOING FOR LAST FEW WEEKS GOING TO LOOK FOR NEW PLACE THIS WEEK.
