Asked for spicy mcnuggets with sauce and they didn't know what mighty hot sauce was, they gave me buffalo sauce, then got annoyed when I asked for the sauce that comes with spicy nuggets, they didn't know the new sauce that comes with the new product.

ud83dude20ud83dude20 Because of the covid 19 there it says the hours vary, it opens from 6:00 a.m. and closes at 11:45 p.m., There are customers who are too rude to employees, they do not understand that if they do not use the masks they cannot be served, There are clients who want to hit their employees just because they ask them to wear a mask and others because they are told that it is closed ud83dude20ud83dude20 THEY UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO COVID 19, THE SCHEDULES VARY AND THEY HAVE TO USE MASKS

Signs all day open 24 hours. I went here at 11:30pm, waited in drive thru lane for 10 min, no one took my order, went to the window, no one was there. Zero workers, all signs on, all lights on. All I needed was a coffee, though I might have bought something else but no one would take my order or my money.

I like this McDonald's location. The line was extremely long and the lady handing out orders was pretty rude but my food was fresh and delicious. We waited a long time for our order of ONE PLAIN cheeseburger then when my husband asked about it the lady behind the counter was annoyed and rude, she said she called it out but I know that's not true because I was literally standing at the counter waiting for it from the second it was ordered. So the food was good but customer service was definitely lacking. If we ever have to stop at this rest stop again we'll probably just get Subway. I worked in fast food for years and I know that people can have bad days but if your dealing with customers you can't treat them like garbage just because your mood is off.
