This is the best hotel within 50 miles and it’s not even close. Very clean, polite staff. Our first time through we stayed at another hotel and couldn’t believe how much better Tru was for less money and just down the street.
Room was very small but otherwise good except the cooling unit was not working well at all. Running continuously, it would only cool the room to 75 degrees with moderate outside temperatures.nBreakfast was not good; few choices with almost nothing healthy. Orange juice was frozen.
It's different than your standard hotel. The first thing I noticed was the colorful architecture on the outside of the building and the decals of cool sayings on the front door. Next thing was the pool table in the lobby. Definitely very modern and I would say more geared towards young and modern travelers. Very clean. The rooms are kind of small but the way they use the space for things like cloths hanging is unique. The blind over the window was a piece if art that really shined when the sun shined through. Shampoo, conditioner, body was ect was provided in dispensers in the the shower and on the wall by the sink and were actually a quality product.
Great facility in good location! All staff members were very helpful!
Honestly for this area with hardly nothing to pick from.My stay was awesome the view was great and quiet.If there where plans for a future bar and restaurant down in the lobby.This hotel would be number.But never the less it was very clean to me and the staff were so nice.
