I called Dominos on North St. in Pittsfield on 8/23/20 and had pizza delivered from their location. I called tonight 9/8/20 and placed my order with the “manager” with my debit card. She called back 10 minutes later to tell me that they are not the correct Dominos to deliver to my address after I just received delivery from them on 8/23. She informed me I would have to call the Elm St location and and they would refund my debit card in 3 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS!!!! So, in other words, for tonight I’d have to pay my $35 order twice for THEIR mistake?!? The so called manager was extremely rude and had zero empathy or could care less about HER mistake and stood her ground and completely refused to deliver. The absolute WORST customer service ever. I DO NOT recommend this Dominos location.
Always nice and door side delivery without haven't to leave the car. I always get the $5.99 for 2 items so the 2 for 12 order of either pizza or subs.
Great pizza! they have improved a lot over the years
