Best gym in town hands down. The option to come in and try out the class you( or your child ) are interested in without obligation is nice. The owner is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Whether you've never lifted a weight in your life or just looking to find a new home gym, I would recommend them 100%.
The atmosphere here is so great. People are so friendly. There's always a variety of people from newbies to people that have been fighting for a while. I love the training ☺ufe0f very thorough.
