The owner came out to our house once, did a fix but since it didn’t work, we contacted him to let him know 2 days later and he did not respond at all, nor come back out to fix it, despite numerous calls (went straight to voicemail) or texts, over a period of three weeks, maybe even four. We tried to give him lots of grace and understanding, that’s why it was over such a long period of time. Even tried to contact him through employees, no response. Also This lasted through the ice storm that happened, and we had to run our emergency heat, and heat our home with space heaters. Our home’s air stayed at 61-63 on emergency heat (through the winter storm), for fear of what our electric bill will be like. I’m not sure if our job was just too small for this company and insignificant, but we have two little babies in the house and this is unacceptable. If you have a small residential job, I suggest not using this company.
Better than quality work connecting electricity from the house out to the shop. Also, installed plugs, fixtures, 110 and 220 power. Very skilled team who installed the minisplit in the shop. I will always contact Craig and his team for all of my electrical and HVAC needs. A lot of work for a fair price.
