We recently got a brand new system put in our house. Greg came out and spent almost two hours with us going over all of our options and explained everything in detail. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the install was great! A few days later, the lines had become clogged (maybe insulation, etc) and the AC automatically shut off to protect itself. I called around 7 PM and they had someone there by 8 to assess and fix the issue! Definitely recommend.

We called late on a Friday afternoon when we couldn't get our heater to cycle off, and a tech showed up within 20 minutes! The repair was complete in half an hour or so, and we haven't had any more trouble out of it. Knowledgeable techs, fast service. A+ would recommend and will call again. (Saucier)
