I wish I could rate a zero. I reached out to this car company regarding the black Mercedes. I could not locate them on my navigation so I inboxed them from the fb page and ask them where they are located. He replied are you trying to buy this car today? What! Why you think I'm trying to look at it. I told him that okay because they are too complicated and their rating was already low.

DON'T EVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE; GEORGE OR THE OTHER BROTHER. THIS SHOP IS A TOTAL RIP OFF! WE BROUGHT A CAR FROM THESE GUYS END OF FEBRUARY AND BY THE MIDDLE OF MARCH THE ROD UNDER THE CAR WAS LOOSE, BRUNG IT BACK TO THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD FIX IT. OK KOOL! THEY KEPT MY CAR A WEEK AND HAD SOME IDK EVEN KNOW IF IT WAS A CERTIFIED MECHANIC FIX ON IT! IT RODE FINE FOR A BOUT A WEEK. WERE GOING TO WALMART ON 98 AND WE GET TO THE LIGHT AND THE BATTERY, EMERGENCY BREAK LIGHT COME ON, AND WE CANT TURN THE WHEEL WITH OUR TWO YOUNG KIDS IN THE CAR. BRUNG IT TO A CAE SHOP RIGHT THERE ON 98 AND THE MAN TOLD US THAT THE CAR WAS THOUGH BECAUSE SOMETHING OFF THE ENGINE CAME OFF. I CALLED THEM BECAUSE AT THIS POINT WE HAVENT HAD THE CAR A MONTH A THIS POINT. I BELEIVE MICHAEL CAME UP THERE WITH SOME GUY, EXCUSE ME BUT HE LOOKED LIKE HE WAS ON DRUGS, HE WAS TWITCHING AND JUST ACTING STRANGE. ANYWAYS THE MECHANIC AT THE SHOP TOLD THEM WHAT WAS WRONG AND THAT IT WAS THROUGH, THE GUY SAID OH I CAN FIX THAT, THAT ITS NOTHING BIG. UMMMM OK!nTHEY HAD MY CAR FOR TWO WEEKS, TWO WEEKS!nWE STILL HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR, THE ENGINE LOOKS SCRAPPED TOGETHER, PARTS ARE FALLING OFF, LEAKING AND SMOKING!nBRUNG IT BACK THEY SAY ITS A BELT, PAID FOR THE BELT, STILL HAVE PROBLEMS!nSPENT $4000 ON THE CAR AND THEN HAD MORE PROBLEMS WITH IT IN 4 MONTHS THAN ANYTHING! THANK GOD I HAVE A MITHER WITH AN EXTRA TRUCK, BUT IMAGINE PAYING $4000 FOR A TRUCK THAT DONT WORK AND HAVING TO RIDE AROUND WITH A 2Y/O AND 8MONTH OLD IN A 1997F-150 WITH NO AIR. ITS MISERABLE AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEIR SELVES!nDO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY BUYING FROM HERE!!!nn*UPDATE*nWE CALLED THEM JUST TO SEE IF THEY WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM, GEORGE CAME LOOKED AT IT AND SUGGESTED THAT WE ACTUALLY PUT A VALVE COVER OVER SOMETHING FOR THE LEAKAGE ISSUE WERE HAVING AND PUT OUT AN AD FOR IT ANF NEXT TIME IT GO OUT IT WON'T BE IN OUR POSSESION. THAT WAS HIS WORDS!

If I could give zero stars, I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR from GEORGE at at RAM motors! This is a horrible excuse for a business. He sent my 16 yr old daughter off with a car that's engine was overheating after the first week, and he refused to make good on it or fix it. Then we started having problems with her headlights turning on and off at night by themselves. It turned out it was a water car (which george denies of course), but the electrician and mechanic both told us it was, and it was not even worth fixing. It broke my little girl's heart, as this was supposed to be her first car. If I can save even one family from going thru what we had to, I'll feel better.
