I had finance a car from them it was a Malibu not even 2 weeks car breaks down . It was the transmission. They fixed it but guess who had to pay to get it back plus still pay the notes not even a month the transmission went out again I asked to switch cars or at least give me my money back . They said pay to get it fix or return the car. Being a single mother and Broadway motors f you over IS NOT cooln. Y’all need to do better or shut that shii down !

If i could give a -100000 i would on this establishment. Very rude Representatives even when you try to talk with some sense everyone here is very disrespectful . Was told they did not want to return a car (did not run up to our standards )but then still took the car off the lot without wanting to refund. Then decided to give back a portion of the down payment after having to call back to back and them calling the police on my fiance simply because he wanted his money back and did not want to agree on their decision. Yells at customers even when you have respect. I do not recommend this place at all unless u want to lose money and deal with a headache. Wouldn't hesitate to call the police on a black person for simply wanting some respect and to handle business accordingly.
