I cannot say enough positive things about working with Emily for our home purchase in the Berkshires. Working with Emily was super easy! She walked us through the entire process at the very beginning and coached us through all the major steps - from putting in the original offer, going back and forth on contingencies, working with our mortgage provider and even helping us figure out our home insurance. On the day of the closing, Emily was super calm when the bank hadn’t sent through the funds, and our contacts at the bank were no where to be found. She made sure we were able to get the signing completed smoothly and on schedule. I highly recommend Emily for the thoroughness and honesty with which she practices law.
