It is February 15th 2021, power outage on Owen Cole rd. Oakvale Ms. Our power went out on the road we live on. Our power was back on shortly after we reported the outage. However, my son's house, opposite side of the road won't be connected till the day after. One would only wonder, if I'm a paying customer, why should I be put on the back burner. Something is VERY wrong here. Your upper management will.sleep well I'm sure. Sad your not concerned about the suburbs around the counties you supply. PERRY JONES 182 OWEN COLE RD. OAKVALE MS. 39656

Pat Galloway is so unprofessional. Everytime I call in to schedule an appointment she always gives me the run around. When I go in person to get an appointment with her, she’ll then tell me to call her and then she’ll schedule me an appointment. So, I call her and I get the receptionist. I leave a message with the receptionist but I never receive a call back from Pat. They need to hire someone else because she either has Alzheimer’s or she just doesn’t want to do her job right. In the past when I finally got the approval for a Pledge, Pat still didn’t put it through. I had to call her to remind her to put it through. They need to hire someone younger and with a better mind because Pat is way too slow and forgetful to be dealing with customers everyday. It’s just very frustrating and annoying dealing with a person like her who keeps giving me and other people the run around. It’s not hard to schedule appointments to get people’s bills paid. It’s very simple. If you can’t do something SIMPLE, then you don’t need a job. Pearl River Valley Electric needs to change their system to make it easier to get our appointments scheduled on time and not have to deal with Pat all the time.

awesome company with a great business model. All customers are stockholders and therefore get a little bit of a refund at the end of the month depending on how much power they used and how well the company did.

Have daughter living in camp husband tried to kill her asks for a ONE day extension said I wasn't with them a year I said I've been with you 2 years oh not at this house if you can stay away from this company please do very rude lady also
