I haven't been to McDonald's in a while but this was a very pleasant experience. The staff were very nice, understanding, and polite and the building was very clean inside and out(likely helped by the fact that they get less foot traffic these days). What more do you need though? Quick service and I'd definitely recommend this place if you're just coming by and looking for a quick bite or want to make this place a weekly stop.

The girl was really nice. The guy that was there kept touching(removing and replacing)his mask. He even put his hand in his pants to adjust his shirt, which was totally inappropriate and should have washed hands more often.

We went in first to use the restrooms. The men's room had a disgusting, rancid, clogged toilet. The urinal had a puddle in front of it. There was no soap in the dispenser. Of paper towels, there were none. My wife had a similar disagreeable impression of the women's room. If this is how they keep their restrooms I don't want to eat there. So we went somewhere else.

First off hours need to be updated. They supposedly open at 5am. At 5:45 am there were not any lights on or cars in the parking lot. It kind of threw me off during morning commuting...They never have milkshakes or flurries available. This is been a problem for months and months. Either people don't feel like making them or they need a new machine. It's mostly the only thing I ever crave for fast food/treats. On the rare occasion that I do order any food during afternoon hours I'm left regretting it because there is no milkshake.

I just had the worst customer service on the face of the planet. The young lady who was supposed to be acknowledging the customers and taking their orders, chose to stock shelves with napkins and cups (not wearing gloves. Further, her nose was totally out of her mask which completely defeats the purpose) while myself and another woman waited to order. The woman in front of me called this girl about 15 times and she completely ignored her! I have never seen anything like that in my life. Finally I raised my voice and said “excuse me” which finally got her attention. She then completely walked away and thankfully another, very nice employee stepped in to help us out. I didn’t get the name of the problem employee, but she has dark hair, and a lot of eye liner. She should not be working in Customer Service.
