The delivery experience was fine, but the fees are pretty high. I paid $13 in fees (service fee + processing fee + delivery fee) not including a tip, all for $30 in food. After tip, the fees were 63% of the cost of the food. I live 8 miles from the restaurant and, while I understand their distance based delivery fee, it’s not practical for anyone outside of the immediate vicinity of Jackson/University. Maybe just charge a delivery fee that’s more reasonable instead of three different fees.

Excellent customer service, prompt and friendly. After a long and hungry day, I wanted the easiest and fastest option and didn't mind paying service fees, especially to people willing to provide food services during the pandemic. My account was credited after I mis-typed the promo code and they instantly swung by to deliver an extra side of chips the restaurant forgot. Texting was super fast and that ease is what you hope to pay for with a service fee. Will definitely order again
