The management and employees are so helpful. The workout experience itself is such a great challenge. Definitely recommend the gym if you’re looking for an added challenge to heat things up!

The concept of hotworx is cool. But I pay 60 dollars every month literally 60 dollars that is a lot of money that could go into so much more than just a gym with maybe 10 workouts. What they don’t tell you before getting a membership is that you can’t even bring your own yoga mat. my friend tried to bring hers today and they told her she couldn’t use it. you have to buy their $100 dollar yoga mat that isn’t even worth that much to make and use it or you have to pay $5 every time you go to rent one. plus paying $60 every single month. that is absolutely ridiculous. all they want is your money! I am about to cancel my membership and they are about to lose more money because i will warn my friends NOT to go here. there are much more AFFORDABLE places that you can go and bring your OWN yoga mat that you bought yourself. the staff is so rude. Tyler is the only sweet one. the bald dude is one of the rudest people i have ever met and is so cocky. Andrea or whatever her name is was so rude as well. Everyone is so narcissistic at this place. do not waste your money. I will bring my own yoga mat from now on or cancel my membership because i pay $60 a month! FIX THIS OR YOU WILL LOSE COSTUMERS!!!!!

Hotworx in Oxford is one the best gyms that I've ever been a member of. Jeremy and the staff are awesome, full of knowledge about the gym, will go out of their way to help people and always very professional. Mrs Mary the lady that keeps hotworx clean and presentable does an awesome job, she is really dedicated and takes pride in her work, and she always makes sure to make people feel welcome and she's always asking if we need anything. Hotworx to me is not only a place to workout, but a place to release stress, a place to heal low back pain and leave there completely feeling better mentally and physically.

Hi Mr. CEO, Steve, I have done a poll in the Oxford location. We think an ice machine would be a great addition to our Oxford HotWorx. I even talked to members about buying HotWorx cups to promote HotWorx if we can get an ice machine. One member bought one today because of recommendation. Mr. CEO I know you’re asking Jeremy now, who is this lady? ud83dude02ud83dude02nnWe all love HotWorx and think it will go over great as an Franchise addition.
