If I could give zero stars I would. Wanted 700 dollars to repair an alternator and belt that wasn’t even 200 dollars in parts. Don’t expect them to be on time with anything either.
I’ve used Oxford Toyota’s service for 15 years and just traded in for a new Camry. All I can say is these people work hard to earn your loyalty. The service dept. is outstanding, fair and honest.nnPam Bruce in sales was wonderful to work with. She is FAST and on the ball with everything. Boom boom boom, no hassle. SO different from other dealers. We negotiated a great deal on a car we are very happy with. My wife took her car in at 8:30am. By 4pm, they had not gotten to it. We left it another day for them to confirm what we suspected and to be told they did not have the parts. Brought the car home and waited 5 days before calling to see about the parts. They told my wife they needed to check and would call her back. Two days later, my wife calls again and they have the parts. They want to schedule her for a week later (a Friday), but she requests Wednesday. Good thing too, they get the car at 8:30am again and they tell us near closing that they won’t have it ready because the machine shop is not done with the parts. So, we get the car back the following afternoon.
I drove from Tupelo to get my new car from this dealer because they followed CDC guidelines and the Governor's order to protect customers from Covid-19 and they were very responsive and friendly.
