Battery 14 volts on pickup, battery dead now. Guess I need a new battery now too. Always go to Carlock Jeep. You spend an hour on that drive to get it working within 15 minutes of arrival, excellent trade off when compared to the 5 minute drive and 3 day fix time at Allen Samuels. You take it to Allen Samuels, you’d better expect a misdiagnosis, replacement of multiple parts not the problem, bill for more labor than was done, and to get a rental car for the month, maybe a week for an oil change though.

Took a jeep here that was still under warranty. The jeep had an obvious head gasket leak. They pressure tested it and said it passed that maybe the leak sealed its self. There was a very obvious leak. Took it to carlock in tupelo and they replaced the head gasket

No one in the facility can answer a question about a fuse box location at noon because service closes at noon. Guy wasn’t even willing to ask anyone else in the entire store.
