I have always banked with regions and had a great experience. I recently moved here from MO and went to this regions to get a new debit card. I got there around 4:30 yesterday and saw all the employees leaving because they were closed. I had just assumed they were opened until 5. That is fine of course I just didn’t get off in time. When I pulled off to leave, I was waiting on the atm side for the vehicle in front of me at the stop sign to turn right. I was clearly waiting and one of the workers intentionally drove up and cut me off. I don’t mind waiting longer and if it had been another customer I would have thought, “oh well” but you are an EMPLOYEE in your EMPLOYERS parking lot and you cut off a CUSTOMER. I was extremely disappointed by her actions. I wasn’t going to post a review until I saw several other reviews regarding the attitude of their employees. If you can’t be respectful, don’t work customer service.

Love the new location, unfortunately the employees need to be changed as well - People with attitudes like that don't need to be serving the public. I have nothing but love for the ATM's but I can't say the same for the employees. Regions you need to take another look at who you hire and how they are trained to speak to customers.

This bank is horrible and the branches are all equally filled with incompetent and nonchalant workers who can barely count your money back to you. I’ve been with this bank for 10+ years and now that Im a professional with a salary this place gives me nightmares! I literally wake up in the middle of the night to insure I’m not getting hit with fees from 3 days old transactions. I’ve been trying to close my account with them for months...ceased all transactions...chopped up my debit card and even moved my direct deposit to another bank and they still refuse to close it! Constant fees, constant old pending transaction, significant hack rates (I’ve been hacked 2xs all the way in Boston for over 1K) and deplorable in-person service. Moving to Chase gave me life!

Seems like every time I go to this branch the people have a attitude with me . Just this morning I went to withdraw money at the drive thru and the teller takes my Regions bank card and id . Then he tells me his machine is down and that I need to go to another branch . The next branch is on the other side of town where I had no other reason to go.nnHow can the teller’s machine “ be down” if its just a cash drawer ? Also , I didn't see anyone else in the adjacent lanes having any problems , I felt like it was just me...
