Even though we didn’t end up using the storage facility (we decided we didn’t need a space), I was very impressed with the customer service! Thomas was so friendly and held a space for me. He followed up with me to make sure I didn’t need the space before canceling the hold. If at any time we need a space, I will definitely reach out to this company again!

Our storage unit had been visited rats. We are military and have used storage in other states and never found our things with urine and droppings. Our furniture will need steam cleaning!! Moreover, we saw traps around the storage areas so there must be some issue!! Very disheartening.

This place is awesome! In a convenient location. Its really easy to see from the road and you can't miss it. The pricing is very reasonable and the attendant is extremely helpful. Property is gated and gate is never left open. As a college student I like how close it is to USM. Overall, one of the best storage places on this side of town.
