Quick Lane at Woolwine Ford Lincoln

So I went for a tire rotation, I thought they would preform a small inspection on the tires to see if I needed any new one or if any leaks. When I asked he said no they didn’t so I left but when I looked on my receipt it said they preformed a Quality Care Inspection so I called and asked what did that mean. The man who answered the phone told me well you should have told me before hand that you thought you might have a leak, We don’t wanna waste our time, and your time checking 4 tires for a possible leak, I told him okay I understand but I’m calling about what it says in the ticket was an inspection done. He said no that it just prints that on every receipt and he can’t take it off I said okay thank you that’s all I wanted to know. I called the owner to voice a complaint and he just sounded tired and said he would talk to them and see what they could do to make it right.nnAll I wanted to complain about was the way I was talked to, I’m sorry I wasted yalls time and yes I should have said something but I thought every mechanic who works on tires does a little inspection.... I guess not but dang use at least a fake customer service voice. And by the way your ticket says any questions just call so that what I did so no I’m not wasting yalls time.nnI ain’t coming back back herennthey charged me to remove waste/tools, what waste bro ud83dude02 it was a rotation. and I gave you my tool for my tire and then when we went back for our lug nut tool one of the guys said well are you sure that’s yours because we have a lot of tools laying around next time I’m writing my name on the tool

Nothing special about this stop. Store needs a guarded atmosphere.
