7 hours to be unloaded. Very little contact with workers, which is good.nNot a place to want to return to nor shop at their establishments.
Over all service is not bad at all according to my luck but, the trash container between doors 28 & 30 shouldn't be placed there!nIt's health risky with the pandemic which going on right now. Once you open the the truck door to get out, hundreds of uninvited flies will in and hugs you! I was really worried. Since I got to my assigned door.... I couldn't even make a call I was just fighting with the flies to leave me alone. After got unloading and drove to nearest truck stop.. cleaned my cab floor because I was getting in and out to unhook the trailer as they said in their policy and washed my boots. It was really disgusting! I don't recommend any driver accept those 2 doors above until they move the trash container from there.
dont make a pu appointment on the same day if you deliver here they move 2 speeds slow and stop...
Great company with consistent out and in services around the US with outstanding customer service.
Appt for unload was for 10:00 am. Arrived at 09:40. On dock at 11:20. Off dock at 14:00. They'll keep you waiting a few hours to get your signed bol after unload. With today's technology one would think they'd be able to count and give you the bol quickly...just like most others do. If you are in a hurry, don't haul in or out of this terrible slow place.
