Horrible all around! Appointments don't matter! The entrance is in the back with one sign to led you there you basically have to figure it out on your own, I found it on accident!
Very slow. Probably because of lumber stuff. I don't know why they don't just hire like 5 employee. At the current rate it probably 1 trailer getting unloaded in 3 hours and paperwork stuff. All year round, here is the worst with time management and organization in unloading
It’s a horrible place to come. first time here and I will never come back. I arrived here at 1700 for a supposedly midnight appointment. I already had 6 truck ahead of me waiting to check in at midnight. I figured no big deal. Security guard brought me a paper to fill out at 2345. Been waiting to get to the gate ever since. 4 trucks have been checked in in an hour and a half. There’s a Loves up the street from here don’t park there for the night. come straight here and get in line. Almost forgot when looking for this place follow the signs that say truck entrance for UNFI
My appointment was 2 am in a morning but I go there 2 hours early and they take me and I get the door fast they unload me in a 30 min love it
I'll give 3 stars because I am indifferent to this place. People are ok. The check in process is very long and tedious. They begin receiving at 12 midnight. Appointments dont matter all that much. It's basically one appointment, and that's 12 am. At that point, you'll get a door when you get door. There's another review on here that shows the entrance in the place, and the street tou need to turn on, follow those directions. It will be a massive line of trucks even at 12. You will cat nap all night as you have to keep the line moving every so often. My appointment was at 3 am. I got here at 2345, already a line of trucks, at least 20 or more. I finally made to the gate at 4 am, and shortly after I had a door assignment. By the time I got out, it was daybreak, about 0700. Actual time in the dock wasn't bad, a little under 3 hrs. It's a long wait to check in, so plan on a 10 hr break while delivering.
