Worst experience trying to order pizza in my entire life. They routed my call to a call center where someone who barely spoke English and had a bad connection and when I complained and asked if I could simply speak to a local employee they put me on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up on me. I called back to complain and got sent to the same call center who would not connect me to a manager and again hung up on me.nnOrder ANYWHERE else in Pittsfield. I spent 45 minutes simply trying to order delivery. Called Pizza Works and had my order taken in 5 minutes.
It wasn't Horrible...but there was a LONG BLONDE HAIR BAKED INTO THE PIZZA! CAN YA PUT ON A HAIR NET? MY GOD! WE'RE GOING THROUGH A PANDEMIC!
The phone courtesy could use a little polishing BUT outstanding service and food was delivered to my door extremely fast and was hot!! Good wings and breadsticks!
Ordered pick up, had a good experience with the friendly staff, great stuffed crust pizza.
Great pizza and bread sticks. Place is clean and staff are helpful. wish they had more seating options but oh well..
