I needed some electrical work done within two days, I called Crosier Electric and they went above and beyond to accommodate might tight schedule. They came and were very neat, professional, fast, and knowledgeable! When I received the bill I was even happier. Top notch in my book! Thank you Crosier Electric!
These guys came to my rescue when others couldn’t even bother to return calls. Electrians were friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Crosier Electric!!!
I needed ceiling lights installed in my home. When I called I was told how busy they were and would have to wait for them to call me.They did after over a week. The 3 lights were installed and one wont turn on.Also, when I went to try the switches while they were still here I was mortified to find that they had made holes in the walls surronding each outlet and had never asked me about this.So now,on top of their outrageous bill,I need to find a contractor to come fix the sheetrock. Also,I was so upset I forgot to ask for pieces of the sheetrock from each room so I could match the paint color.
I called Crosier Electric on Sunday evening and they called the next morning saying they'd be there about noon, and they arrived exactly on time. The two electricians, Paul and his assistant, were very professional and helpful. They traced the problem and replaced three corroded breakers and tested the affected outlets and lights, and they were out of there in a little over an hour. Very satisfied.
Crosier electric wired my new-built home. The house is small, but has 3 stories.nnThe plans called for a 3-way switch so that when you are ascending or descending and a switch is turned on/off from any floor, all floors are lighted/darkened. Crosier did not follow the plans (although were well aware of what was called for) and used a 2-way switch from the first to the second floor and a 1-way switch from the second to the third floor which meant as you were ascending to the third floor from the first a switch would have to be turned on from the first floor to bring light only to the second, but when you got to the second floor you had to turn the light off because if you didn’t you could not turn it off from the third floor; and if it was dark you had to turn on the light for the third floor BEFORE you turned off the light on the second floor. But the 1-way switch (on the second floor) for the third floor light was on the far wall on the second landing so you turned it on then back stepped to turn off the second floor light. Going down from the third floor you had the problem in reverse when it was dark. In any case, to get from the first floor to the third when it was dark, 3 switches rather than one had to be used and the step-back on the second floor. There’s more maddening stuff here.nnThere were no phone jacks installed on the first floor – that’s the location of the dining/kitchen area as well as a separate living room.nnOh, there’s also a small mud-room on the first floor which has a separate entrance from the main entrance. One of the most maddening things I have to put up with is this: when you come into the mud-room from the outside, there is a light switch that you turn on; then you pass into the kitchen/dining area closing the inside door to the mud-room. But there is no switch on the wall to turn the light off in the mud-room; that is, you have to go back into the mud-room to turn off the light since that is the only switch. This can be dangerous at night.nnThere’s more, like leaving a wired hole for a fire alarm in the ceiling without installing it, light switches for kitchen are on the far wall away from the kitchen, etc.nnThe only reason I gave them one star is that I wanted to catch your attention.
