Very convenient for the area. Not well stocked, so-so customer service and plenty of parking.

Horrible experience, will not waste my time here again. Store is dirty, not stocked and cluttered. The entire customer experience sucks—the employees are rude, not knowledgeable( don’t know how to take a single $5 coupon off a transaction), show no sense of urgency, and are not professionally groomed. If I could give a zero I would have! Tired of spending my time and money at FD locations that show no respect to their customers.

If I could give a zero I would. Where do I begin management is nonexistent!!! The customer service is horrible had to check them for saying things that were inappropriate while my son was present..they don’t care anything about providing extraordinary customer service for the overall Family dollar experience and when reaching out to Corporate as I did more than once service was almost identical!!! By far the worst family dollar I’ve ever visited keep driving... just don’t stop here they definitely do not appreciate your patriotism!!! Items are always out of stock or simply not stocked the list goes on!!!!!

Decent location. The store associates are always friendly and professional. The only issue is the space. Sometimes the aisles are a little tight and it can be difficult to maneuver the shopping cart through.

Store has opened hours late multiple times and they've had doors locked during business hours. Some staff unprofessional. They don't do a great job keeping items in stock (expired goods on shelf, regularly runs out of popular items). Wondering who manages this location because it's almost feels like no one is...
