This place has the SLOWEST diesel pump of anywhere I've ever been in a 25 mile radius. Every single time it has been slow. Sad!nnAnd the nozzle leaks.

I've been going to Crane MO since May to work on a cabin I am building, and on occasion I go to the RR there and use the laundromat. In this 7 month period a large percentage of the washers and dryers are out of service. 60% of the dryers have out of service signs on them. After washing I had to wait almost an hour for the dryers that did work to free up so I could finish my ONE LOAD of towels. The clerk there asked me if I needed something because she got tired of seeing me walk back and forth checking to see if the dryers were free. I told her about the problem but I am sure she just works there and has nothing to do with the issue. Since this has gone on so long, I look at it from several angles. One, it's a terrible reflection on Rapid Roberts, because I live in Springfield and I know you can do better. Two, it's like saying to Crane MO that we really don't care about you or your business.
