If your child is from a split home DO NOT take your child here. They treat fathers like second class citizens. Charging the fathers more then the mothers in tuition. Not allowing the father to see the child even after they have received court orders showing custody is to the father. They then blame any problems the child had on the father. Even when the child was in the mothers care. They are not in the best interest of the child. If you are a split family or the father of the child who will have to work with them at all consider looking elsewhere.

My son attended The Children's Place for 2 years. The first MAJOR (not first minor) incident that he had occured after a year. When I asked the teacher what happened, she made up 3-5 different stories that still couldn't answer the bruise on his bottom lip because they were NOT watching him. At that time my husband & I were ready to pull him out as other incidences were happening as well. But the owner continued to say accidents happen, she will have conversations with the teachers, they really like him being there (looking back, anything she could say to not lose our business) & he did have lots of friends that we did not want him to lose. Once my son transitioned to the 2 year old classroom, things were fine for the first couple of months until their teacher turnover rate was practically daily. I would walk in every day for the last couple of months seeing at least a couple new teachers weekly. For the last 5-6 months about 8. In the past couple of weeks, my son had over 4 incident reports that could've been prevented if the teachers were PAYING ATTENTION DOING THEIR JOB. Majority were caused by a classmate that has had problems with other kids (which the owner Laura advised me of, that girl is very "destructive") yet she can't do anything about. But if we are unhappy we can take our child elsewhere. That child pushed my child right in front of me as I was picking him up 1 day & the teachers just stood there watching her. My son had his middle finger slammed/jammed in the middle of the door because the girl pushed the door shut. Which leads to the next incident report that was the end of it. When I went to pick him up from day care, he had scratches ALL over his face & over his eyelid! Caused by this little girl that was pushing him so she could look out the window. When I asked the teacher why they weren't seperated when the pushing was happening, she respnded, "there's only so much seperating we can do with so many kids". Well that is your job so..... Anyways, besides the poor way the center is being conducted and teachers not paying attention to the kids, my son would get sick constantly because of other kids being brought there as they were sick. 1 day I walked in to 2 of the children standing on top of a shelf & I had to be the one to bring it to the teachers attention to bring them down. The owner DOESN'T CARE about the children as much as she likes to pretend. Bottom line, no child should have to go through this & this daycare is being directed VERY POORLY. 0 RATING. The owner doesn't care about parents suggestions & she definitely cannot hold an adult conversation.

Worst daycare ever. My child would come home sick alot! In the past year of being there my child had over countless incident reports! High teacher turnover rate.. The owner does not like to take feedback its either you like it or you go somewhere else. Overall worst place to take your child.

Don't call yourself a preschool when you're a daycare center!
