By far THE WORST business transaction I’ve ever had in my life!!! If I could choose no stars, I would. The only reason that I’m writing this is because This company should not be doing business with anyone! I don’t want anyone else to experience this nightmare. I wanted to look over so many things just for the support of a small business, but the cons are just to great to ignore and not help others who might get tricked by this company being rated high in Google Analytics.nnThe painter was extremely unprofessional, Including his female partner that he had come to our home multiple times. She was supposed to meet us for payment around 3 but never showed up. My husband had to eventually leave at 4pm and go to work. At 4:50, they called my husband who missed the first call. They accidentally left a voicemail cursing us out and saying that we were playing games about paying because we weren’t home. They called a second time and my husband picked up and told them that he would have to meet them the next day since they didn’t come at the time they said they would. The painter said he didn’t realize what time it was. The painter was never on time to paint either, and some days I rode pass the house and he wasn’t there. When I called him, he was at another job. He knew that we had a short window before closing on the sell of our home, but working with him turned out to be a nightmare. Not only was he the most unprofessional, but the paint job was subpar. His last thing to paint were the exterior post. After weeks of not answering my messages he came at the end of a day where rain was forecasted the next day. He left about 2 inches of the posts unpainted at the bottom, yet still called me and said “I’m done, who’s paying me?”. I was able to get pictures and send him the horrible job and his response was that it was dark, he couldn’t see and there was no way to fix cracking paint. He told me that I didn’t buy exterior paint(but I did) because exterior paint fills in cracking paint without having to smooth out the surface. Bottom line it looked horrible and our passed inspection depended on it. Every time he communicated with me, it was a complaint about needing another payment and complaining about all the work he had to do. What blows my mind the most is that when we gave him the final payment (which totaled to almost 2K) he says “let me know if you need painting at your new house.” He really thinks that everything he did was acceptable which is mind boggling to me. Beware! If you are still going with this company, I hope you’re down for a crazy situation...
