Previously went in to the store, half the employees weren’t wearing masks. A customer was hanging out in the 10’x10’ waiting area without a mask. I requested a refund. Never got the refund.nnToday I’m on lockdown for being Covid positive. Spent almost $30 on a pizza and delivery. The delivery driver waited for me to come to the door before dropping off the pizza. For “contactless delivery” They delivered THE WRONG PIZZA. WANTED THE COVID POSITIVE PIZZA BACK! Refused to issue a refund. Disgusting

I was compelled to comment on the service I have received from Domino's Pizza today; the delivery driver, Christopher, was prompt, polite and careful with my order. The Cook, LeSaundra, put care into preparing my food; the appearance, freshness, and taste is worth10 stars because she went far and beyond to make sure my food was finger licking good. Thank you all for making my lunch time satisfying.

Pizza was great! Better than they've been b4. Whatever your doing keep it up!nLove their deals, and manager's special. Ask when calling if your willing to change what you want. Might be worth it

They do not wear gloves to prepare the food . Also all there mask were down while preparing the food .

Second time I have ordered online and after an hour and 1/2 of waiting, I called. They told me my pizza was just being prepared. Couldn't have because I live 5 minutes away and my pizza was cold. Looking at all the reviews, I still see the same results from this establishment. What exactly is being done to address customer grievances.
