10.31.2020 Very nice people and great pizzann11.08.2020 This time I went back, first of all the mobile app always malfunctions (this goes for any location), however the little lifeless nonchalant guy at the register did give me the online discount so that was a plus. There wasn't a single car in line and only two other cars on the lot. Took about 45 mins. Deluxe could have been better- was slightly undercooked. No one was wearing masks or gloves. Just a totally different experience from my 1st visit about a week ago. Didn't appear to be a manager on duty this time. I'll give it one more chance the next time I'm in the neighborhood. Stand by for next update.
This is the best Imo's in North County hands down! Food is always done to perfection & the staff is always nice & friendly!
This IMOS is horrible. With all the staff they have working you would think they would have better service. I ordered a pizza, arrived for pickup 15 minutes later THEN waited at the drive through window for another 15 minutes. Got home and it was not at all what I ordered. Went back up there and was told, it's in the oven, it's being cut and when I finally got it, it was cold. I'm heated. Will NOT order here again. This is the 2nd and last time. Two strikes and you're Out!
