I found Universal Electrical Services to be the most responsive, courteous, professional, and timely with excellent customer service! They were able to fit my project in very quickly, including coming out to do the wiring and then returning to install the actual light fixtures when ready. James was so great - he explained exactly what he was doing, and made sure to give me an opportunity to ask any questions that I had. I could not recommend Universal Electrical Services more highly!

Had a great experience with Universal Electrical Services. I got a confirmation text the day prior and James called 20 min before he was going to be there. He was right on time. He was very helpful and thorough. I had knob and tube wiring updated, a few outlets placed, and made some changes to existing outlets. He let me know about some things that I will need to do in the future and gave me a quote without any pressure. I would recommend Universal Electrical Services anytime..

Outstanding customer services .Got a text before arrival, pulled up in very nice vehicles. James and his team were well-dressed, polite, and knowledgeable. They were using state-of-the-art equipment and worked tirelessly for hours to diagnose a very difficult issue. Our campus just found it's new go-to electricians. Very fair fees, too.Highly recommend Universal Electrical Services to anyone.

Top notch company of professional consistency. I called to request that Newman take care of a few more electrical items at my home and there was no surprise that he was just as professional, punctual and courteous as the last time he was at my home. If you are wanting an electrical company that truly values their customers you need to call Universal Electrical Services.

The experience I had with Universal Electrical Services and the technician was Superb. I was totally impressed . As a veteran realtor, my name means a lot to my clients and me.
