Went to this place not only five minutes ago a girl standing at the counter.No Greeting when I entered the store.Attitude was nasty as hell it’s crazy that you have to go into a store and get treated with so much disrespect. Then on top of that she wasn’t wearing a name tag but whoever she is needs some customer service classes on how to treat a customer smh ud83eudd26ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0f

went to get my little cousin's prescriptions filled. the people at the pharmacy where very rude and reluctant to fill her prescriptions. saying that they closed at 8 during the curfew, and it was 7:01. needless to say that they where white with blond hair and blue eyes. and we where African American. they gave excuses about it taking to long to type In. then Richard s(i believe his name was) came to the window saying that the prescription because they where 3days old. he then suggested that we go elsewhere like cvs. me knowing that the workers in CVS where predominantly black... I dont appreciate the suggestions of segregation and the obvious prejudice in serving us. and the young lady who came to the window was extremely rude, making faces when we asked why she couldn't fill the order, then rolling her eyes when we pointed out that it's an hour before they closed and that it didn't usually take more than 15-20mins to fill a script. I will be calling hr tomorrow. Saturday June 6th. and sending a follow up to the regional office. that particular Walgreens could use a little more integration. I will also be doing a follow up on the store to see how they treat their African American customers on a daily basis.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Specifically the pharmacy! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Store used to be nicer. Alot of the new staff members unpleasant. Sale items not marked or restocked. Some replaced with more expensive items. If you don't give them rewards card, ask if you have points, etc., they usually wont. A shame.
