Always a long wait
The line was super long, went very slowly and the employee taking orders ignored us for at least 4-5 minutes. Then I couldn't get a mocha frappe because their machine was down? At 3 or 4 in the afternoon? The only employee that was even friendly was the person who handed me the food. The food was good and they got my order right, but this McDonald's is by far the worst I've been to in the St. Louis area!
Always the kinda service I remember when it was my first job.
