Zero stars. The only thing this facility is good at is raising its prices and hitting you with fees. If you have a choice, go anywhere else but Prime Storage. The former owner and staff were friendly and very reasonably priced. When Prime took ownership, they raised the price, and they raised it again, and then raised it again. And just for fun, they changed the gait access without notifying me. I had to guess! At the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak when other companies were doing their best to help people, Prime Storage was applying late fees and placing leans on their customers. When you call Greg and Sarah, they use the "It's coming from corporate, there is nothing we can do" line. When Greg offered to wave a late fee but was not available when payment was made, the late fee was not waived because Sarah couldn't do it. So, even if you have to go miles further, you will find better service for better prices if you go anywhere but Prime Storage.

The customer service is really good. They are nice and really fast. The prices are the best. The storage is very clean. I recommended this place.

Prime storage West Valley is a homeless magnet! They claim to have video cameras indoor hallways but my unit was broken into and they said they can't see (LYING TO HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS INDOOR) anything on their video cameras but yet my stuff was stacking outside the hallway! We lost tons of valuable belongings and now the insurance that I paid for through prime storage is giving me a hard time! Seeing those homeless people's living their should've raised a red flag on my part but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "PRIME STORAGE" TO MY ENEMIES! NEVER!

I give Prime storage an A-plus for everything it should be. The units are kept immaculately clean, the roof does not leak (I've had that happen at a previous place) , some units are climate-controlled, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and they also sell packing supplies. And the prices are very reasonable for the area and the quality of the units. There is also 24/7 security. Very happy with the service.
