I was very impressed our how fast and easy it was to get a reservation and move in here. Rachae was super sweet and accommodating and I had everything taken care of within a matter of minutes. Also, the temporary office is extremely clean and well kept, even for a temporary space it is setup well and spacious. The entire space is very efficiently run and I’m very happy to be here.
Rachae was very helpful with getting us in and answered all our questions. The prices are reasonable for the sizes of units. Very informative and helpful again, really glad we came in.
Not my unit but place is clean and nice inside, heard the price was a bit high.
This place is Amazing great customer service by Rachae Park! She was so amazing and helped us out with every need! She wanted to make sure we got the best service possible! Definitely recommend this place!
Horrible experience before I even got there. Their hours were incorrect online and I had chosen them because they were supposed to be open at 8:30 a.m. And was very upset to arrive and see they didn't actually open until 10! A quick look at the totally messy, unprofessional office made me second guess choosing them, as the the array of construction work still going on at a "open" project. I'll go with a national chain that has the diligence and foresight to actually have correct hours on line, and actually show me prices online.
